Parish Anchor Teams include representatives from government, courts, businesses, service and healthcare providers, emergency responders, churches, schools, nonprofits, community members, child welfare stakeholders, neighborhood residents, parents with lived experience with child welfare, youth who have been in foster care, and foster parents from across the parish. Parish Anchor Teams:

• enhance coordination, collaboration, and communication between community members and agencies
• identify and address gaps and barriers to services and supports
• and join with neighborhood teams to build a network of accessible services and supports for children and families.
